About Me

My name is Tim Macarthur, and I am a Service and Product Designer with 15 years experience from Dublin and London. I have worked in consultancy, product development and in the enterprise. This work has seen me design end-to-end services, all the time placing the user and their needs firmly at the heart of what I do.

I am a creative, visual problem-solver. I am an SDN-accredited Master Service Design Trainer. I hold a first-class MSc in Creative Digital Media. I am fluent in German. I am a Scrum practitioner (CSPO). I am an experienced design thinking facilitator and presenter.
